Lead A Connect Group
Do you have a heart to see people grow into fully devoted followers of Jesus? Spiritual growth happens best within community and our connect groups are designed for people to grow in their love for Jesus, His people and His word, in an atmosphere full of the presence of the Holy Spirit.
We are looking for Connect Group Leaders who love people and are willing to step up into leadership. We provide training to help you lead connect groups well and we can even provide easy to follow studies for you to use.

Vision Month
Our Vision Month activities are held throughout February, starting with the Vision Weekend, where we launch the vision for our church for the year. As a leader, come and be inspired and encouraged in all that God has done and will continue to do in and through C3 Carlingford through your participation in the Vision Weekend, Fast, and special Vision Prayer Gatherings. Keep an eye open for the dates!
ALL IN (Leadership Gatherings)
Our ALL IN (Leadership Gatherings) are an opportunity for everyone who serves in leadership at C3 Carlingford & Wentworthville to hear stories, enjoy fellowship and be inspired as we serve Jesus and His church together.
God has been doing great things across our church and it’s always encouraging to hear what He is doing in our midst! Let’s come together in unity around Jesus mission and grow in our faith and leadership abilities! Keep your eyes peeled for the next one.
Vision Builders Offering
Financial giving is an act of worship and faith, as well as showing our commitment and obedience to God. We receive our Vision Builders Offering at the end of February each year.

Bible College
You might want to strengthen the foundation of your faith and build your character. You might be a minister of the gospel wanting to solidify and bring your theology to the next level. C3 College is here to train and equip you for any of these. Courses in Christian Ministry include a Certificate IV, Diploma and Associate Diploma, some content of which can count towards a Bachelor of Theology at Alphacrusis.
Intern Program
Whether you are fresh out of school, freshly retired or somewhere in between, the C3 Carlingford and Wentworthville Intern Program is your chance to stretch into what God has for you, while serving your church for a day a week (or more).
